With its 120 guests capacity for a cocktail party and up to 60 guests for a sit down event, the options are vast.
The Crystal room with private bar and courtyard attracts a $3000.00 minimum spend for Saturday evenings Jan-Nov, a $2000.00 minimum spend for Friday evenings Jan-Nov and a $1000.00 minimum spend for lunches and all other evenings.
Friday and Saturday evenings in December attract a $4000.00 minimum spend.
The minimum spend is split between canapés and the bar tab.
The per person canapé prices are for how many guests you would like to cater for not necessarily the amount of guests that are attending.
Once your bar tab has finished you can choose to extend it or we can switch it to a cash bar where guests purchase their own drinks.
The Crystal room has audio facilities for a DJ or an iPod to connect to as well as a microphone.
A plasma screen is available for hire if you would like to slide show photos.
